I am here to share my great experience with this location. For some context, I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I put it off way too long due to that fear and this office and staff made me feel so comfortable. It started with Deysi with the X-rays. She was so quick while maintaining comfort for me, this is huge as it sets the tone for the rest of the work being done. I then moved onto Susy, she was the dental hygienist working on me. She was so sweet, answered all my questions and made time for me to feel comfortable as we went. She was so attentive if I needed to take a break and did not make me feel bad for the appointment taking a bit longer. Then came in Dr.Kamath! Her bedside manner is fantastic!! I had some anxiety kick in with the anesthetic and she was so patient and even help my hand when I requested. She made the appointment a conversation and didn’t overwhelm me with everything at once. Her treatment plan took into consideration my anxiety and I am very appreciative! I ended the day with Josh, most people dread the checkout as I know I do because, well, money. This office provides a yearly plan internally and it’s the best I”ve seen! Josh walked me through my options and the priorities suggested from Dr. Kamath and I left very happy and not completely broke. I will definitely be visiting this site again.

As the face of the office, Pierre truly represents the practice in the best way possible—he was attentive, organized, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to encounter someone who embodies both kindness and efficiency so seamlessly. Pierre not only answered our questions thoroughly but also went above and beyond to ensure my sons’ experience was smooth and stress-free. He reflects the same excellence and integrity as the dentist and the entire team, which speaks volumes about the practice as a whole. The front desk people are super friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Roggow for my initial appointment and exam. He was super nice and explained everything. I needed to have a crown overlay and I am a very anxious dental person. Dr. Roggow was very understanding and gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Roggow and Brighton Modern Dentistry.
